We undertake short medium and longer term assignments, helping public and private sector organisations to develop in the following areas of business:
1. Spatial and economic planning advice including advocacy, negotiations, lobbying, planning gain, etc. For detailed planning matters (masterplans, planning applications etc.) the consultancy would expect to draw on its wide network of associates for support.
2. Strategic project management, based on our experience of delivering major highways, buildings and other majoe development projects.
3. Interfacing organisations with local government so that they can better understand how local government works and so get the best service and support from it.
